Martini Balsamico

• 2 ounces gin (I prefer Gin Mare)
• ½ ounce white balsamic vinegar
• 4 drops lemon essential oil

Fill a glass shaker with ice and stir in the gin and vinegar until combined. Strain into a chilled martini glass, add the lemon oil drops, and serve.
